During this 60-minute session, we will focus on getting to know you better. We’ll review your personal and family history, and explore any concerns you may have related to perimenopause, menopause, or sexual health. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to address each of your concerns, empowering you to approach this next stage of life with confidence. This may include the prescription of hormone therapy and other treatments.

In each 30-minute follow-up visit, we will review what’s working well and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to enhance your health and quality of life, helping you reach your specific goals.
